My car got recalled and has been in their service center since July. Yesterday I found out they lied about applying for rental coverage for me and never actually did it. Today I called and they can't even tell me the name of the advisor who's working on my car anymore because the original person who was looking at it walked off the job. This is just the information that they're willing to tell me about, so I imagine it's probably much worse than I even realize. I know it's not their fault that there is a part delay, but if you need a vehicle daily then I would recommend another dealership who can at least offer you rental assistance.
