Noel was great. The reason I most likely won't buy a new Nissan from Pinnacle has nothing to do with the service department. I just don't plan on buying another car anytime in the future. I now have 4 cars and a 3 car garage. One car is going to have to be placed in a neighbor's garage.

Very accommodating, and had perfect service as usual. I drive from Glendale for this dealership, because of the great service.

The teams product knowledge was impressive and I felt confident when I drove away that I knew how to use all the features of the car. Team checked on me and my experience and to see if I had any questions on the days following the purchase.

It was great experience with Nissan, thanks Cowdey for you support to try differt cars for my choice and your patience until I choose best one. I really love car features and ride comfort.

Hello sir. Would be good just to have system check to make sure all is operating like it is supposed to and if not they can let you know what your options are. Have a great day sir.
You can wear a mask, they have hand sanitizer, and it's not usually crowded. The cars are also sanitized.
It could be different call the dealer
Sure, what type of vehicle your in now. Year and make
Most unethical dealership I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with. Changed the price a week later after driving the car for a week, came back to simply “sign new paperwork for a better rate”, states multiple times don’t want to buy any after market items and yet again (happened 4x during the buying process) the finance manager Garrett does what he does best, changes things. After reading the reviews and the 42 (soon to be 43) better business bureau reports I’m surprised people still buy from this dealer. So it’s my responsibility to let the public know. I have an appointment with Fox 25 news (program director is a friend), will place reviews on their FB page, Yelp, Google, Dealerrater, Cars.com, auto trader and contact the Attorney General. Someone has to point out what this dealership is doing. Negotiating is fine, trying to sell products is fine, stuffing products In after someone says no, changing the price of the AD car multiple times! Go to another Nissan! It’s that’s simpl
