I had 2 services with them both ended with disappointment. Don't let the tricks happened on you. The 1st services was to fix a recall. Mechanic left oil stains on the passenger seats. The 2nd services was to do oil change but when I picked my car, there is Turn signal out error message while the lights actually working. They denied their services caused the issue and claimed it was because of battery voltage low which was actually not. I asked whether they could waive the diagnose cost which is 180 to start or just reset the vehicle computer because the car was checked through OBD and was fully functional when I dropped off. The service manager refused it and also refused to note this issue on the service report. Therefore, I tried to explain this issue is not caused by the battery since I'm a vehicle electronic engineer with expertise in embedded system of vehicle computer. Then, the service manager L became bossy, rudely interrupt my talk and yelled at me. This is really insulting and unprofessional. Basically, the bulb light would flicker or not turn on when battery has a real issue. So, I tried to turn on/off the turning signal of each side for 5s and 3 times. Bingo, all error messages were gone! Generally, vehicle computer need to capture more than 3 consecutive malfunction signal to avoid the false positive before triggering the error messages. So, this can not be a coincidence or so-called bad luck. After reviewing my drive history and log, I suspect the trick behind the issue is: vehicle computer can be intensionally set with error code through the private part of the OBD protocol which is classified by the manufacturer. This feature is designed for the verification of system while developing/testing and future maintenance, but it can be easily misused for shady purpose. To wipe the error messages, the vehicle computer need to capture at least 3 consecutive functioning signal. That's why I fixed the issue in a minute. I would not come back.

Awesome overall experience leasing my new Jeep Wrangler 4xe! Renate and Matt were great to deal with, by far my best experience out of the dozen or so vehicles I've bought/leased from a dealership.

Anthony was great to work with. No pressure. He asked questions to understand what I wanted and was super respectful of time.

Yes
They should be able to if its FCA letter. I don't see why they would say no when FCA is paying for it.
They can most certainly install it i do not know how much it will cost however. Give the service department a call and they will be able to quote you a price.
I would think so.
They have them
No.
I think so give a call the best way to find out
Yes they do
What is the question?
Depends on whether it's under warranty or not. Actually, any service work comes with a multi point inspection.
