Openly - and dare I say proudly- engaging in price gouging. So disgusted by my interactions with them that I am writing them off, and rooting for them to lose their Ford franchise.

The service department lacks communication with customer service skills. Upon arriving, there was no greeting and did not feel welcomed. Made an appointment to get my vehicle looked at. Was told to leave it overnight and can be there up to 48hrs, 2 days have passed and nothing was done yet. Picked up my vehicle and left. The service advisor. Name Chad. Did not thoroughly communicate and I was disappointed with the time wasted. Probably staffing is an issue with them. I should have looked at the reviews before hand about service. I’ve been a customer with them for the longest and it’s disappointing to see it from a favorite manufacturer.

For my new ford I waited a long time, from order date to arrival. However, Jerry was very patient and helpful all the way. It is a shame that the chip shortage and supply chain shortage has affected the entire auto industry. However, Roush Ford has been very effective with 2 transactions and I recommend them!
