Loved the family friendly factory tour. Quite interesting to learn about the chocolate making process and Patricia was so knowledgeable and fun during our tour. The chocolate is delicious too!

Fantastic! The tour was fun, inexpensive and comprehensive, lasting less than an hour, so it made it great for kids. The candy shop had a variety of candies, and the ladies working were very helpful and accomidating. Such a great hidden Columbus gem when it shouldn't be a hidden gem!

They have a huge Buckeye that you can special order. I believe it's about $1,200 or so. You can go on their website to confirm.
I can't speak for the company but I did go on a tour there. I too was wondering if employees got to eat candy. As I recall, they had an abundance made available to them in the break room!

The yearly Easter factory tour is free. Kids can get pics with the Easter bunny and get candy eggs and small chocolate bunny. You can if you want make purchases in the showroom at the end

Yes, they still do tours. It is $1 per child ages 2 to 18 / $2 per adult ages 19 and older. You can schedule a tour with 10 or more people Tuesday through Thursday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. . If it is less than 10 people you can go on Tuesday or Thursday between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., but you may be included with another group.
