I am impressed with the size of their online catalog, they have thousands of parts nicely organized so I can even find things that I'm not even sure what the correct name of the part is. I have repaired or restored a number elaborate light fixtures, using parts I have ordered from here. And at very reasonable prices. I am pleased that a vendor like this is still around. From some of the negative reviews I see here perhaps they aren't for everyone, or every project, but that hasn't been my experience at all. I am completely satisfied with the orders I have made from their vast selection of parts, and at good prices. I take my time, I figure out exactly what I need, since these repair tasks are one-off things that I haven't done something exactly like that before. I'm not lamp/lighting expert. But the results have been successful and I have made several people very happy by restoring their lighting fixtures, and I wouldn't have been able to do so without this site/catalog and company. That's my two cents. Thank you Grand Brass Lamp Parts!

They want you to use email instead of their phone number. That is fine, but their email customer service is non-existent. They responded twice and never really committed to help a customer. Eventually stopped responding. Luckily, I found the parts I was looking for from a different establishment. I would prevent from using this company if you don't want headaches.

This company was recommended to me by the local Lamps Plus store in the Seattle area as they didn’t sell what I was looking for. I ordered several of their β€œLong Soft Plastic E-26 Base Candle Socket Covers”. These cover the socket base to imitate the look of a candle. The size was too small to fit any of the myriad light fixtures I have with an age range of about 20 to 100 years old. To fit requires cutting them lengthwise. While respectfully speaking to their receptionist all I had to say was that I had a problem with the order for her to hang up on me. First thinking the disconnection was unintentional I called back and 2 more times I was disconnected. I understand that many small businesses are struggling these days but this is the behavior of a company on the verge of bankruptcy. Ordering anything from this company is risky.

Questions & Answers

I tried to tighten my stiffer. Floor lamp. It has 5 stacked layers. Now it doesn’t stand up straight. Is there some kind of filler I can use that will support pieces.

Hello, the parts are probably zinc diecast and are disintegrating with age. It could start developing cracks soon. Unfortunately not much you can do about it.

I have a beautiful antique crystal chandelier that had been rewired....unfortunately the place I was going to use it in doesn't work.....is this something you would be interested in buying....if so, I can send photos. Thanks Jan

Hello, I am sorry , we do not deal in old fixture parts. I suggest you try to sell it on ebay.
