Stay away from there finally I was there for 4 yrs and had 2 raw sewage back ups raw sewage was coming up in my bath tub and faucet and went all over my apartment no one answered the emergency number I had to get rid of nearly all my furniture they said they would put me into a empty apartment and I just need to buy a sit mattress. 2 months later I'm still waiting for my security deposit.they keep lying about it saying it's in the mail no apartmentone and and I called the emergency number and

I would give it a 5 but,unfortunately the old crew left the new management with ALOT of mistakes to fix. I must say The new Lady yaritza is AWESOME!Very understanding helpful and doesn't make u feel like a bother. I would rent again after renovations 🤗

Do not waste your time renting here!!!!! Run!! The lady in the office is rude and disrespectful and once your locked in your lease they don’t care about your needs. This place is very unprofessional and overpriced and they always have SEWAGE flooding. They don’t monitor anything but getting there rent. They are slum lords and they don’t fix nothing fast. Stay away spend your hard earned money somewhere else!!!!! They also love threatening people with eviction papers as if they are the only people with property to rent. STAY AWAY!!!!! You’ve been warned... THEY ALSO HAVE BED BUGS!!

Quiet area, but the community office ( lady in charge is very men and not friendly) No one comes to fix anything until a month later or u scream and holler. Always go up on the rent. Water flood issues.
