The building is always clean. No rodents. The landlord (Josh) and maintenance are very accommodating. Great security (cameras)and a well lit parking light at night.The apartments are beautiful and the tenants are friendly wonderful people. A diversity community Love it here!

This is the best apartment by far, I lived there for 2yrs. I recently moved out of state and my new apartment could never match up to the regency, Josh was the best landlord he made sure I was a 1000% comfortable in my apartment. If I told Josh about a problem I had today just know he was gonna get it fixed that same day or early the next day, rent with them you’ll never regret it !!!
