I am so disappointed in the experience that I have had dealing with the pharmacy staff, at this HEB at Tech Ridge. Have had to make several calls this morning only to be purposely disconnected after giving them my info. I have talked to the manager on hand in person, about the service that has been provided to me, unfortunately she is not there to talk,too. I would appreciate if employees there, would take pride in their job in handling their customers on the phone.

I've been to a lot of HEBs, uses to work at one too! This one is very meh. Also, Pharmacy aisle, specifically the meds is chaotically organized at best. Also, what kind of dump of an HEB can you not buy cosmetics after 8pm? What a joke. A resounding "Meh"

As busy as they are, they do a great job getting people checked out fast! We've had a few minor issues with grocery delivery, but overall a good place to shop. Employees are helpful and polite.

Great place. We came to shop few days ago and now again. Definitely this is our the best market in Austin. Great experience with the cashier Ari, she is very attentive and helpful with everything we asked for. It was a pleasure to great her again today. Needs more people to work just like her - outstanding service. We will definitely come back to shop soon.

Actually, all HEBs have a bag recycle site. Whether it be a box by the door or at customer service. Every HEB has one
H-E-B sources fresh and frozen meats, including Beef, Lamb, Bison, Pork, and Poultry, from meat processors across the USA; however, a large majority of our products are sourced from Texas suppliers/ranchers/farmers. A very small amount of product is sourced from Canada and Mexico, and will be labeled on each package with the correct country of origin.
Call your bank first please! You will need to file with them! It's very important that you do!

They have them at the small meat counter closest to the produce area. Right there with the organic Meats and the Halal chicken.

Just depends on who you get yes they should be more courteous that is their job even going somewheres else somebody there is still going to be that jerk but if you like shopping at HEB then don't let that person stop you be more friendly to them when you go up there talk to them and just maybe their attitudes of change
