Just depends on who you get yes they should be more courteous that is their job even going somewheres else somebody there is still going to be that jerk but if you like shopping at HEB then don't let that person stop you be more friendly to them when you go up there talk to them and just maybe their attitudes of change
I've had better experience at other HEB locations. I would call the store manager. They are very receptive to customers feedback. Remember, they can't possibly know that there is an issue of no one tells them and just leave. I like to know that I at least tried, because it helps them as well as me and other customers. I know that I would want to know if it were my business. Just a thought and suggestion.
