Is there a plastic bag recycle here?

Actually, all HEBs have a bag recycle site. Whether it be a box by the door or at customer service. Every HEB has one

Unfortunately there is not. Bags to be used with your purchased goods to leave the store, must be either reusable bags brought yourself or bought yourself, or purchase plastic HEB bags at 30¢ each.

There is. It should be at one of the entrances outside right before walking in the store. I believe at this HEB, it is at the farthest right entrance.

HEB in Round Rock still has plastic bags. I am not sure about recycling plastic. HEB like many other large retailers is making a move against plastic.
