This place has gone down hill fast. How do they close for the entire weekend without telling their patients beforehand? All around not a good experience. Some of the staff are great but I see a tons of patients struggling to stay clean. Does anyone ask them if they’re okay? Do they ask if you need to talk? Anuvia hands down is so much better. Suboxone is a lot better because you don’t have to go every single day for the rest of your recovery.

Was ok til I got reassigned to Renee when my counselor left. She is fake unprofessional and doesn't care doesn't care at all unless u are one of her " pets" I've seen her toss first names around and even ask a guy by his first name in front of other that wasn't her case to go fetch another client who was her case by their first name also... The 2 clearly didn't know each other nor arrive together. That's not cool. Thats just NOT ok

Everybody there is very friendly and so helpful! The only thing i dont love is the weekend front desk girl. She doesnt say much, and she kind ofvlooks like she is annoyed/frustrated with something. This is the first time i have really worked on bettering my life because i have a lot more support and guidence! Thanks to Charlotte Treatment Center, i am clean and my life is greatly improving!

New Season Treatment Center – Charlotte | Oct 8, 2020

At this time the Charlotte Treatment Center accepts self pay patients, however keep checking back as we may be adding state medicaid soon. When using commercial insurance you should call your insurance company and see if they will reimburse you with our receipt. You would pay us and ask for the insurance company to refund you if you are covered in your insurance. Take homes are available after 30 - 60 days when you are meeting the recovery guidelines Call us at 877-284-7074 for more information and to schedule an appointment.

Guys when u see the pages for a clinic and there is a dozen questions and not one single one has been answered or any good or bad reviews responded to, take it as a sign of how that clinic will actually value u.

Justjess1986 I've been going to this clinic for 2 years and ALL the staff are amazing people! The doctor listens to you and trys he's best to accommodate you if it's not some ridiculous request. I know go every 2 weeks however my counselor Renee some time she will pick up the phone and call me to see if I'm ok within them 2 weeks. Most clinics you see the counselors come and go because "it's just a job" to them. I've not seen 1 new counselor since starting Feb 5th, 2018 and all of them talk to you as if your a normal human being instead of being Judgemental. I'm not sure what your question is but I can tell you this place is by far hands down better to even the pain clinic I went to before coming here. They might not answer questions because they are to busy trying to help their clients? I know Renee and Randall both have helped me grow so much! I wanted change clinic for nothing!

How and when can I begin this treatment program?

Dwayne Thompson | Oct 9, 2018
Dwayne Thompson | Oct 9, 2018

What is the process to begin this program. I am an addict and have tried to go clean several times most recently going cold turkey for 3 days before my addiction took over once again. I am interested mostly by the way that I can become part of a productive society without going the week or more of withdrawals and not being able to be productive at anything. What do I need and when would I come to begin this program?

I can not believe this I I just was denied medication after being in this place on time for no reason I called my councelor and they told me she just sat down to eat she'll talk to you later

Hanson S | Oct 9, 2018
Melody Mendez Gomez | Oct 9, 2018

Can you give me more information???? Ive been going here since February although its not that long of a time, however if my consuler couldn't help me another one jumps straight into to action. What was their reasoning for not dosing you? You said you was on time did you have an appointment with your consuler but when you got there they said she was having lunch? Sorry for all these questions just trying to figure out why since i go there and I've never seen that type of behavior out of any of the staff so I'm concerned. Added because it wouldn't let me reply just edit: However I dont believe they show me any "special treatment" at all. For as long as I've been there I've seen the staff treat me just like everyone else. Not sure exactly what your whole situation is but I truly hope you figure it out.
