Was donating here for about 4months with no problems. Now all of a sudden then banned me because my protein level was 1 point off ...very bad service. I recommend going somewhere else

Well one of the staff members follow rules and the others don’t I couldn’t donate cause of a 1 inch tattoo I got a year ago I waited for 3 hrs there juss to be told you have to wait but I got a tattoo last year in January and went to donate in June and they let me donate so whats the problem

Why turn someone away that is taking the time, energy, transportation, & nutritional preparation away from donating during normal regular hours? Today I was turned away at 6pm. Don't waste my time when I arrive on time ready to donate.

The staff here are very friendly and work quick. It was pretty busy when I went. Ms. Regina W did such a great job. Needles usually hurt but it was the least painful stick I had. I have a rolling vein and usually hard to get and slow blood flow but I was off the machine in 40. Usually takes an hour and a half for me.

You must have bad eye sight. This is one of the cleanest plasma places around Charlotte. The staff are all respectful and well mannered.
