Worse uncaring place. Dr Katrina Traverso spend two min with had no regards to the level of pain I was in, blood pressure high and was rude! I do not recommend you see this woman!! So sad how a Dr can be in the field to help people and not care about you! Disgusting!!! She in the wrong field. The worst!

I was originally told to go to another clinic several times because I cannot endure the pain without being put to sleep so I started looking for other places then they did a drug test and there wasn't enough hydrocodone for the doctor so they had to do another drug test and I had no hydrocodone in my system so I'm wondering if the old pain management doctor doctor V has reiterated that to the new doctor because when they called me they said they could only do some kind of therapeutic work and they would not provide opioids so what am I supposed to do

The negative reviews are legit. Don’t fall for the owner response of “this is not a real patient…..” I saw Dr Costello here this morning. He was only interested in offering me injections that I have already had in my lower back. Even when I told him they do not offer substantial relief, he said only thing he can offer are injections or a spinal cord stimulator. The providers here are not credible pain specialists in my opinion. They are focused on generating as much money out of you as possible from injections and surgical procedures. Based on my experience they do not prescribe pain medications and if you ask, they scold you as if you are some sort of drug addict. Go elsewhere! **** BY FAR THE WORST PAIN PRACTICE IN CHARLOTTE ****
