The off-leash dog area is broken up into two sections. One is grass and mowed where your dog can run and play. The other is a natural environment where your dog can run through tall grass and swim in a couple of large lakes. Both areas are fully fenced and nice. My huskie loved the natural environment enclosure, but I could see smaller dogs not enjoying that section as much. There are warnings at the entrance of the natural environment enclosure about potential harmful algea in the lakes, but the water seemed free of algea when we were there (mid August) and we felt confident letting our dogs play.

Best park in the area! Two of the fences areas are 50 yards each. The third is much bigger with several paths to the pond. The pond is extremely muddy and the water very silty so cleaning off requires bringing your own towel.

Beautiful camping in the city park of all places and are pittie loved the leash free park swimming and playing with the other dogs . I will say it does get muddy but there is a area you can rinse your puppy off .

This is great area to bring your dog and just let them run off some of their energy! People are friendly and usually they are plenty of other dogs for your dog to socialize with as well! The water also gives your dog a chance to go swimming if they like too!

Ive added hours to the google listing. Hours are the same as the encompassing park. 6am-10pm
There is none at the park but if you drive or walk about 100 yards west of the dog park there is a bathroom on the south side of the road that sits back in the grass just a bit.
There is a hose across the way on the other side of the parking lot. And there's not a lot you can do about other dogs. Talking to the owner, but that's about it. It's one of the things you risk when you go out to public places. It's a free for all.
There are no breed restrictions at this park. Enjoy!
It fenced except around the water. So they could swim across the water.
