I was in Mattress Warehouse and had a teriffic salesman named Bernard. He asked me what was I looking for and what were my needs in getting a new mattress. I told him back problems and hamstring and need a new mattress because I never sleep. He was very patient and kind. I tried many mattresses until I found one that fit my needs. He gave me a great deal!! I would highly recommend Bernard and Mattress Warehouse to anyone in need of a new mattress. Great experience!!!!

Worst experience ever. They guaranteed mattress removal no problem but then when it came to the delivery it was not included and an issue and they would not take the old mattress. Called the store to explain the situation and the associate was rude and told nothing could be done despite being told initially otherwise.
