This is a 5 star location of a 1 star company. I hate Quest diagnostics because their customer service is a joke. Don't waste your time calling them cause you won't speak with a person. Don't bother with emails either cause you get an automated response back. Whatever you need to know about timelines for receiving your test results ask the people you see during your initial test, otherwise you will NEVER know. If you did not get an answer originally, then contact your doctor and let them call Quest because you have no way of getting through to anyone. Also to note, they might be backed up behind, cause the results for a simple blood test that was performed at my pediatrician's office took 24 hours to get back, while it took Quest longer than a week. As far as this location goes, I've been here few times and each time I found them to be very professional, and courteous. They were especially nice with my kid and they were patient and loving towards her. This location has ample parking and easy to find. It's clean and easy going. If you must use Quest, then this is the best location I've found so far.

Very poor appointment scheduling experience and impossible to reach a human for assistance. Stay clear if at all possible.

much better than labcorp. but don't do all the tests. the nurse who works there has been there long time and is very friendly and competent. they also take walkins which is great! recommend

Front desk staff was very friendly and efficient! I spent only 10 minutes in the office and the assisting staff member was very friendly and personable.
