It took 3 hours for an oil change. Horrible costumer service. I will go anywhere but here for car maintenance

They sold me a defective used car and trying not to do anything about. Took my car to service twice in less than 2 month of purchasing my car . Very disappointing and will be taking this issue to Honda corporate

I was there today and everybody was very nice,except my "service advisor"(Diaberth Brujan) he was supposed to call me when the car was ready,he never did so I went to ask and he always was in his personal phone talking about his personal business....

Mondays are always busiest but if you have an appointment, should be ok. Be prepared to wait anyway.
