I've been living in Jersey City for 2 years and have been coming here for my medical needs. The staff are all so friendly and empathetic. The receptionists are super welcoming and there are kiosks which make check in very fast. The office is clean & professional. Kimberly and Iqra helped me today, and they were absolutely exceptional. I am a first time patient! I made the appointment online, I had an appointment within the hour. The site was easy to navigate and if you upload your ID and insurance card your check in will be instant! The medical staff was amazing, very friendly and professional! The clinic was clean and sanitized. Doctor Iqra was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and made me feel comfortable! I left educated on my condition and with a doctors note. I will definitely recommend Chai Urgent Care to family, friends and others!
