I left this company recently, and upruptly because of consistent Harassment from Kim Tran, 0 help from HR. When I Reported her for trying to cut off time from my work day. Marci the Hr person wrote me up out of retaliation. When I tried to avoid Kim Tran and her Harassment of me, my Job was threatened by Marci and Courtney. When I ask for info to report properly, Marci the HR person gave me Nate’s name sarcastically, No email. I fear retaliation from Querencia, I fear they won’t cash out my PTO out of retaliation. Kim Tran the one Harassing me is still employed there, fellow employees there right now can back up her consistent harassment of me. They have reported her, and Marci the HR person allows this, constantly saying there was a miscommunication, she doesn’t take any report of Kim’s mistakes and harassment of me, none. I feel threatened and I feel like Marci is Allowing it, so I had to find another job and leave. I apologize to Lifespace, but please don’t allow Marci to remove my time out of Spite. I truly felt I was in an unsafe environment, so I left. Goodbye and Sorry

I worked at Querencia for 13yrs and proud to be part of a Great community! Until the last 2 years of employment. Querencia stopped caring for the dedication of their senior employees. It has turned into a money hungry community! That does not care about their employees or their residents. All facilities are nice when you walk in the door. But the reality is, if you do not have good Cna’s. Money does not matter! Cna’s are the foundation of any community. Please! For the Administration do not respond by asking to communicate with you personally. Because when I tried you did not listen

My wife and I have been here for three years and couldn’t be more pleased with our decision. The staff is welcoming,, the amenities are excellent, and our new friends here are delightful. Querencia did an excellent performance in protecting us from Covid-19. They concentrate on keeping us young.8

Birnie & I have lived in Querencia for almost 6 years. We moved to Austin from North Carolina and visited all the CCRCs in the area and also a few assisted living places in Austin. None of them compare to the services that are provided here. From independent living, assisted living and memory care Querencia excels in the services offered. The "Q" as we call it, is a 5 star!!

We do not offer short term rentals. Querencia is a continuing care retirement community offering a Life Care contract instead of a month-to-month leasing agreement.
