Quality seems too have downgraded since my stay last summer. Pool hours are not ideal. Open at 2pm one day and 4pm another day. Pool closing early on mondays. Promotions being discontinued but we’re actively ongoing at time of booking. Promotion was given but a hassle to inform staff at time of check in. Was told by a member of management I could get other cookie flavors with my pizza package and then the next night was told I was stuck with chocolate chip cookies. Not a bad experience but not a great one either. Normally I have a amazing experience at RIT this time I was just disappointed.

Positive: The public areas of the hotel are nicely updated. Beds were clean. Breakfast sandwiches at Petals Restaurant were fantastic. Negative: Room was very small. Wallpaper peeling off walls, security lock that prevents door from opening all the way was broken and pulled from wall, hook on back of bathroom door broken and bathroom vent barely worked.

Beds should be queen and not double. We noticed the toilet leaking across the bathroom floor and notified the front desk. They sent maintenance there within 15 min. But we had to leave and when we returned late that night, there was still water on the floor and the toilet was leaking yet. We were given towels as it was late. Back of the toilet was not clean either. And the hallway reaked of marijuana even though it's considered a non-smoking hotel. But the hotel wouldn't give any credit since I had booked through Expedia. So now I need to address the situation with them. I specifically stayed at this hotel due to its excellent reputation - extremely disappointed now and won't stay again.

Positive: Nice room Negative: Hire more people to work the pool. This is the third time I¿ve stayed with you guys and mostly for the pool and hot tub and it¿s closed due to no lifeguard. Maybe people at the front desk need to be trained to cover the pool when people call in.
