Positive: Nothing. Would have gone to another hotel before even checking in, then again after seeing the room if it wasn't already paid for. Oh, wait, the weed scent permeating the place seemed pretty dank, not schwaggy. I guess that was the biggest plus. Negative: Locks that didn't work, mold all over the bathroom. Horribly peeling paint. Awful old mattress. Choking on the air freshener they used to cover the smell of weed and cigarettes in our non smoking room.

Room was small, bed quilt looked more like a mattress protector, paint was peeling all over in the bathroom, no sink drain stopper, whole place smelled odd, continental breakfast was...well... you get the picture. Total charges for us came to $165 (graduation weekend). Generally we've always found Microtel to be a good value. This one is fair--ok for a night, and it was conveniently located for our needs. Would probably stay elsewhere next time though.

This was the worst experience of my life staying in a Hotel. Washroom had blood spots. Rooms were so tiny. Bugs crawling on the walls and pillows. One of the drawers was full of used cloths from previous guest. You should have your rooms cleaned at least once in a year. Even if you offer me your room for free of cost and pay me 500$ to stay, I will still decline and never ever think about your hotel. You guys should be ashamed of yourself saying that you are running a Hotel chain. You are not even capable of running a garbage disposal unit. Stop cheating people by showing edited pictures on website.

Positive: The staff are very kind The Gentleman who checks in on evenings is the most professional. Negative: I stayed for more than 3 nights but the room was never cleaned. NOt sure if I was supposed to ask for cleaning. I pulled trash and replenished my own supplies.
