WARNING*** I recently moved out of “Oak Bend Apartments” I just want to let you know before moving in here Manager lives on property and is ALL UP IN EVERYONES business. Absolutely no one is allowed to even drive in the apartment complex. Everyone who is not a resident will be towed. If you plan on living here just know you absolutely can’t have any visitors. Rent is cheap. Maintenance is lazy. Visitor tags are impossible to get unless your “friends with management” horrible experience very rude customer service from management and corporate. Called VGM to report her multiple times nothing was ever done. My recommendation is to look elsewhere. It feels like a halfway house living here. So many ridiculous rules. Not even worth your time or effort.

This is a great place. iv been here 6 months and maintenance is awesome and fast and jolanda the manager is amazing same as misty as well.
