The employees and management at this place need a refresher on customer service and integrity. Our company needed a week rental for a 67ft lift to complete a project that was postponed by tropical storm Imelda. We were sent a hard copy quote on what the price was going to be, but at the last minute were told that the price would be higher due to the fact that they had to borrow a lift from another company in Houston. When we challenged them on the price and asked why the difference, their excuse was that the other company did them a "favor" on the price (pre-Imelda) and that they couldn't lose money on the rental. When we presented them with the quote, the employee reiterated that the hard copy quote didn't matter and they would not honor the original bid. After two weeks of "I will discuss with manager" and typical stall tactics, they would not budge. I may be old school, but when a company says they are going to do something you DO IT. Integrity is one of the few qualities a individual has in this life that matter. When you break your word, trust is EXTREMELY hard to get back. As we are a company that works in the construction industry, it is no wonder why customers and clients are hesitant to trust us. In short, have integrity...it goes a lot farther in the long run than you think.
