Visited Miami to spend time with friends and take a cruise to the Bahamas. 1st night of the trip, realized I forgot a piece of my cpap equipment, rendering it useless. Needless to say, my nights sleep wasnt very hood. Drove over to Spec Medical yhe next day and the staff immediately invited me in and said they would take care of me. After searching for my part for about 5 minutes, I was on my way with the needed part. Excited to get a good night's rest, I put my machine together and low and behold, I forgot ANOTHER piece, and could use my machine again. Now it's Saturday and Spec Medical is closed. Called another shop, they don't have the item I need. They recommend a different shop, went there and even though the lady tried hard to help, no luck finding the piece. I was really nervous I wasn't going to be able to have my cpap for the entire trip. Hoping for a miracle, I called Spec Medical just to see if maybe there was someone stocking shelves or something, to my amazement, the gentleman who helped me yesterday, answered. I told him my problem and he said although they were closed he would be in the office for about a half hour and I could swing by. I high tailed it over there and within minutes I had the final price to get my machine up and running. I will be good for our cruise and won't have to feel awful everyday. I owe this business big time. Also, the prices were aligned to what they go for retail on the internet. If in Miami and need help with your cpap machine, I highly recommend this place.
