I stored my rv here for a few weeks after buying from Toppers nearby and the owner was available to help us on Memorial Day weekend. As a new rv owner I was having trouble with my assigned spot and she suggested a different area that worked out perfect. I had forgotten to turn off my fridge that was pulling from the battery and was thinking I’d have to drive back from Austin the next day but I gave the owner a call and she helped disconnect the battery. Can’t recommend this owner and place enough. Thanks very much!

I really like this self storage facility. The property always appears to be well maintained like they care about what they do. Other properties in the area don't seem to compare. I recommend them if you are looking for a quality storage unit.

Not at all impressed with their customer service. There seems to be only one person that works in the office and she always has an attitude. Any question that you ask, she answers as if you are bothering her or should already know the answer. The only way to pay is going in person and good luck trying to catch someone in the office. The lady that works in the office transfers the office phone to her cell and is not always at the storage center during business hours. She gave an estimate of when she would be back a few times and wasn't there each time. You can't pay over the phone or online so it's pretty inconvenient for people with busy lives.

Waller Storage Center is the best facility we have ever come across. The staff is very friendly and knowlegeable. We have a delivery service and a party rental business and when ever we need to enter we have never had any situations where we couldn't get into the facilty because of malfunctions with the keypad or the gate not opening. We would recommend this facility to anyone looking for storage. It's an excellent facility and very well maintained.
