Awesome Apartment community with amazing amenities! The pool is fun and has a gym right next to it which makes things convenient. There’s also barbecues and community areas where you can have freinds and hang out! Would definitely recommend this complex to people looking for a lovely place to stay! Also the actual apartments are pretty modern and designed very well. Also very helpful staff especially the manager Simeon! He has made moving easy and fluid along with the staff who take care of problems asap!

Simeon was the BEST! I lived at Avalon - Union for a year and enjoyed the peaceful ambience. Also, 'Q' and the maintenance team were amazing. I recommend living there for a pet friendly, quiet experience.

I am a current resident of Avalon Union and my BF and I love it here! Our maintenance requests get resolved quickly and all of the staff are super friendly. We have been here for 3 years in a second story unit. Our senior dog is getting older and we needed to move out because we need a 1st floor apartment. Unfortunately, we were unable to renew the lease, mainly for this reason. We began touring other communities but Simeon from Avalon advised that we may be able to transfer to a different unit that will fit our current needs. He was able to find us a beautiful unit in another building on the 1st floor! His communication skills are fantastic and he has been available to answer my many questions quickly, even if I asked the same thing over and over lol I am so glad that thanks to Simeon we are able to stay in the community we love. Thank you Avalon and Simeon for such great service. I look forward to continuing our residency here :) I highly recommend!

I.think u should try Avalon maplewood if u need direct contact to NYC. The bus to open station is right in front. At this Avalon it's like a 8 to 10 block walk to the 70 bus which goes to Newark penn station where you can catch the path to the wtc.

no
Its not worth it for that money get a mortgage and pay for the upkeep youll save and be happier
There are no 4 bedroom apartments here. Most are 1 or 2, very few 3 bedroom apartments. They do accept section 8, although you would have to speak to leasing regarding the waiting list.
Almost all the apartments are 1- or 2-bedroom units. There are a very few 3-bedroom townhouse units, but you will need to call the leasing office directly regarding availability.
