Hi Mac, Thank you for your interest in our community. Yes, we do run a credit check. But we will try to work with you even if your credit is not so perfect. Thank you for your second question. Yes, we also do an employment verification. Please feel free to call the leasing office at (908) 686-1131 and we will connect you with a leasing consultant that can walk you through the application process and make it as easy as possible for you. There may even be specials going.
