Watch out and make sure you ask questions monthly to management regarding your lease and plans. This apartment complex has one of the worst managements ever. Before moving out I spoke to management monthly for at least 3-4 months about renewing a lease before I finally gave them a 90 days notice. The manager(s) at no time passed on my inquiries and i did everything that needed to be done the right way. Only to find out that they had renewed my lease without ever speaking with me even though I constantly asked about it. Then afterwards they decided to charged me extra rent on a month to month lease (even though supposedly my lease was already renewed) before I moved out. And to top it off they decided not to return my 1600 security deposit.

Nice complex, cool neighbors, and the matienance mechanics are ok, yet the landlord is immature and loves to send threatening letters of eviction over situations beyond your control.

This place is terrible. I'm reading these reviews in shock like the unit I was shown was filthy. Low ceilings, the toilet barely flushed, hole in the tub mold the absolute worst!!!!! The most depressing feeling waljing I to this complex. Thus is the ppace you move to when you have absolutely no other choice.
