I'm normally happy with this pharmacy especially their customer service. However, just this past few days I've gotten a different answer from the staff each time I've called. It seems as if they are in a rush and tell you whatever you want to hear to get you off the phone. They told me my meds would be ready on a specific date and then another lady told me when that day came that it would be still 2 more days to fill my script. If it would have known that I could have contacted my Dr. In a timely matter to fix the mix up. At this time it is after hours so the medical office is closed. It's sad because as the customer I suffer and nothing gets done about it. I'll have to change pharmacy's now. To one where they take care of their customer's.

I tried requesting refill over the phone and the lady was extremely rude. Now everyone I try to call for help she'll automatically hang up. A rude and inconsiderate

The employees stay Really helpful and polite even when I have some annoying complicated issues with my Rx, and i keep calling them for more issues. I really appreciate their patience and great customer service! thank you!
