I (50%) own property in McDowell County with my daughter and son-in-law (50%). I would like to remove my name from the deed. Can I do this remotely (I live in KY)? Is there a charge?

Please tell me how to apply for a marriage license online. I have read that it is possible and will cut down waiting time at the office, however I am unable to find the link.
