I waited and HOUR and 19 Minutes for take out. My Shrimp Scampi was cold/Warm lol. So the Manager Brian is ok. Genesis used profanity at the register and did not text me to let me know my take out is ready and if I did not go inside to check i would still be waiting. 2 other people next to me had their order messed up. They said they were short staffed. Place was clean inside. I do Not recommend for take out. Sad cause they gave me a refund and i just wanted to eat my food hot after waiting over Hour smh. I did not want refund and they offered to reheat or remake but I clearly was not waiting.

Most of the Food was great. 1 issue with my meal, But we got 2 meals 2 apps, dessert and it was great. I don't recommend the chicken francese.dry and not very flavorful. Didn't even it it.

Its a busy restaurant but I can understand why. Food is good, plates are a little big. Wasn’t able to finish my Meatloaf. Most Families in the US have their own special recipe, but this is also a good one to try. Love the gravy. It’s not expensive and personal is friendly. Will come back.

Where do I begin?... 1. The reservation was made for 6, the table was set for 5. It took an hour to finally get another set of utensils. They didn't arrive until after we were done with appetizers. 2. The food was coming out with 20-minute increments between each dish, kids were served last, food items on the plates were missing items (coming out without fries, etc.). 3. My husband ordered his steak medium-rare. It came well-done. 4. My dish had a piece of some sort of packaging in it. See pictures. 5. To get refills on drinks was pretty much impossible because we saw our waitress once an hour or so. 6. Food is lacking any salt or flavor. And no, I don't have COVID symptoms. 7. It was my daughter's 15th birthday, and it was her and my son's first time at the restaurant. I definitely overadvertized it for them because they never want to go there again. 8. My sister's plate was taken away before she finished her burger. They just clean plates with food on them without asking if a person is done. What a horrible birthday experience! My daughter did get a complementary piece of cheesecake and the dish with packaging paper in it was replaced for free, but with everything we had to endure, we should have gotten this disaster experience for free. Very disappointed. Cheesecake Factory's and its management have definitely lost its glamour, quality, and self-respect. Pick a different restaurant if you don't want to be disappointed.

You must wait in your car until your table is ready. You must wear a mask but can remove it at your table. One way in the restaurant and one way out. No sitting at the bar. Tables are spaced apart.

They have a lunch menu, but it's buried within their larger menu. If they're open , they're serving everything on their menu
