Staff was rude as ever. !!! I’m a Uber driver and I’m picking up food for someone all the doors were open I came in to pick up the food they kick me out told me to go through the drive-through and then the person was giving me attitude absolutely insane then had me waiting at the window. Then I had to call them from my cell phone to tell them to come to the window and when they came to the window there was also rude.

I would give zero stars if I could. We’re traveling from out of state, searching for a bite to eat and they are apparently only accepting door dash orders. If you’re going to handle things this way, you need to turn your lobby lights off and close down your drive thru. This city apparently stops serving fast food when grandma Betsy goes to bed.

We sat in the drive thru for over 20 mins we finally get to the speaker at the drive thru and they said we are only accepting cash I would have liked to know that 20 or so mins ago...they need more people working and to let their customers know when things like that happen!! Usually it's good when I go there so this rating is for today only!

I actually feel that it would be unfair for me to rate this place due to this visit because they were understaffed this day. They must have had only two people in the whole place working there...Or at least that is all I saw so I am going to be generous with the rating because it was not fast food, but we were given a "heads up" nor did I think much about the color of the burger after I bit into it (pinker than I would prefer it to be) and I had put mine into the microwave for 20 seconds before taking a bite. First we were told that they were understaffed and not to give the order until we got up to the window in which would probably be at least 5 minutes or more (and more it was) but at least they gave us the heads up to either wait or leave which is why we chose to stay. The onion rings were 👍. :) I think that they were trying to do their best considering the circumstances, but when doing that with so little I am sure that it is impossible to keep an eye on everything. Hey, but good job for trying.
