This past Friday evening my husband and I joined another couple for a 6:30 reservation at Estia Marlton. The server was lovely, I think her name was Bethany. The restaurant was very busy and loud and no open tables were visible. My husband and I each ordered the sangria, we’ve had it several times before, always tasty and refreshing. It arrived very watered down in a rocks glass instead of a wine glass. It took quite a while for our cocktails to arrive. We drank it, it was cold! It was of very poor quality! Rather then complain or make a fuss we went on with our dining. Appetizers, Greek salad and the halibut for our entree. We ordered a second glass of sangria. Approximately 10 minutes later a manager came to our table and reported, “they’ve run out of sangria” so we ordered Tito’s and club soda with an orange slice. Our Tito’s and club arrived, again tasting poorly and not refreshing at all, very watered down. Tito’s and club or tonic is unusually our cocktail of choice. Again rather then complain to the server we suffered through it! My complaint is this, don’t charge $11.00 a drink for drinks that are watered down because you’re trying to stretch your profits! When we go out I want a proper drink of whatever it is I order. We were annoyed by this experience. I know from previous experiences at this Estia, there is only one bartender and they need to service bar patrons and all the servers! It is a bit much for one person when it’s busy, it’s easy to see.

Brought my Wife here for her Birthday last night. By far the best meal my wife and I have had in Jersey since we moved here last year. The staff is very friendly and the cooks know their stuff. The overall environment is fantastic. I highly recommend coming here and definitely will becoming a regular. Thanks for the great food!

I had trouble trying to figure out just where Estia Taverna was located from the pictures on Google Maps so I promised myself that the first thing I would do when I got there, was to take some pictures from the outside. Now to the beautifully presented and prepared dishes on the menu which were beyond my imaginings. The bland descriptions of the culinary delights on the menu left a lot to be desired but trust me, you can't go wrong ordering anything listed! The grilled shrimp entrée was amazing and perfectly marinated; they simply serve really good food presented like works of art. The wait staff was cordial, busy and efficient.

I came to this restaurant when it was an Italian place. I had no idea it changed to a Greek restaurant. I sat down. Looked at the menu and had no idea what to order. So, I ordered the Grilled Salmon. Well, it was the best Grilled Salmon I’ve had out yet. It was cooked perfectly. And the Spinach Rice melted in my mouth. That was a surprise side dish. Never enjoyed rice and spinach so much. I’m so glad I stopped in last Friday. Will go there again and again. Service was awesome even on a busy Friday night.

Yes. Same owners and similar cuisine. Both are great but Marlton is a better value.
They have a lovely enclosed porch that might work. You should reach out to them. The food was delicious but kind of pricey.
No only Philadelphia, but Marlton does offer another pre fixe menu all year.
Business casual is fine. I have seen people wearing just casual outfits in the afternoon. But at night gets a little more dressy, you don't have to wear tie and suits, unless you want to 😉
What does that mean? It's a very good restaurant. Estia chips are exceptional!
u know it!
