The doctor and nurses really helpful. My son had short breath, do the check up and X-ray, got treatment . He got the mild pneumonia, is better now

My son was bleeding and needed stitches and they wanted to route us to another urgent care in Milpitas an hour away??!! and made us wait 2 hours bleeding in the waiting room. Don't go here ever. A 2-hour wait is not urgent care.

This PAMF location urgent care sucks!!! Avoid . They seem to be inefficient, unorganized and possibly understaffed. Came here on a Sunday afternoon because my son had an injured arm . We made an appointment and they made us wait for 1.5 hrs just for an X-ray and another 45mins for the doctor to diagnose. The physician on duty was not even very nice !! No value for anyone else’s time except their own as they think they are all high and mighty because they are part of your care team and you are at their mercy. This is simply not ok !!! Get your act together

I waited two hours for them to tell me they couldn't cut out an ingrown toenail, even though I told them that's what I came in for. A waste of my time and now I have to suffer till I can find an open appointment with someone who can do it. Absolute garbage.

You need a referral for blood test from a doctor at the urgent care
The urgent care clinics do not provide flu shots, let alone high dose flu shots for seniors. Your best bet is your local pharmacist at the big box stores.
I have always had quick service, half hour wait maximum, about 5 visits, no appointments..
