Good food, but waitress was very standoffish, uninviting, and rude. She brought us food and that was it. She barely spoke even when we clearly didn't understand the menu. When she did speak we couldn't hear her. She wouldn't even look at us. It's sad when good food places hire bad staff. If we return and she's our waitress again, we're ordering water and leaving. She had white hair and a sour, miserable face.

Varied menu. Decent diner food. Service was prompt and attentive. Hostess gruffly rushed us out a minute after we’d received the check: “You mind getting up? There are people waiting.” People had just walked in and there were two parties at the desk. Bit extreme.

What a great find! With a full menu all day long it was perfect for us. I love breakfast and Michele doesn't. She prefers lunch and dinner items all day. The breakfast selection is amazing! You name it, they have it plus dishes I've never heard of before. I landed on the Captains Breakfast and it was great! Poached eggs over Maryland crab cakes on English muffin covered in Hollandaise sauce. I was in breakfast heaven with a side of hash browns to top it off. Michelle tried the special shrimp pita melt and it was perfect for her. Bring the whole family the service is great the food was great you won't regret it!

With all the awesome reviews, I had expected better from here. The waitress acted irritated that she had to serve us and it just went downhill from there. Ordered an iced coffee, which apparently is hot "coffee" watered down with ice. It came out looking like iced tea filled to the top. No amount of sugar or their basic flavorless creamer cups could doctor it up enough to make tolerable to drink. Eggs benedict was very disappointing. Eggs were over poached and the hollandaise sauce was visibly separated. The home fries were decent with onions but not sure what everyone was raving about being perfectly seasoned in previous reviews. It was potatoes and onions to me. My boys had skillets which they didn't complain or rave about. Definitely a miss with this visit.

Why do you charge $2.00 for hot water?

I got hot water yesterday at lunch time along with my meal. The only beverage I had. My bill reflected $2.00 for hot water. The other two in my party got cold water. There was no charge for that.
