Diridon Station by SAP Center is the closest station. I would definitely recommend an Uber from the station to City National/Civic Auditorium. You can walk, but it's about 1 1/2 miles.

There is a public parking garage at the Adobe which is around the corner from Civic center. Takes like 3 min to walk from there. It was only like $8.

There is no specific parking structure for the venue, but like the other person I paid $12.00 for 3 hours at a lot about 2 blocks away. I can't remember which street it's on.
