Despite paying for 2 templates, the countertops showed up with 7/8 in. Overhang instead of 1.5 in. A “manager” called me saying that this was within industry standards even though every installer on site said it was not and should be replaced with a new slab. Ultimately agreed to take a discount which I was promised would be expedited and received in 2 days max. Our countertops were installed on June 20th and as of July 15th I have still not received said check. After countless calls I have been told the check has been processed but is waiting on a signature. How this isn’t at the top of the priority list for a small company is beyond me. I will never order a countertop through this company again and if I wasn’t without a kitchen I would’ve cancelled the order altogether

Worst company to deal with! Most incompetent company ever!!! Came out to make template and get a call we don't use that supplier etc. Trying to sell me a solid surface and not granite! That's like car shopping for a Maserati and i try and talk you into a ford fusion! I go back to lowes and they call and get nothing. They even blocked lowes from their website which lowes sends the initial information. Steer clear! Save headaches and money!! DO NOT recommend or use this company!!!
