We bought a new refrigerator, which shortly turned out to be defective (fault of the manufacturer). Ryan and Rich were totally helpful in initially getting repair from the manufacturer and when that didn't work, they made replacing it with an upgraded new unit ASAP. Everyone from office staff to delivery and set up people were top notch, friendly and efficient.
