Been working with them for about 3 weeks 2 times a day and everyday they are late with no type of notification. Am currently waiting on a truck that is over an hour and half late

We worked with this company for a commercial project in New Jersey - they were efficient with invoicing and getting the concrete to our crew in a timely fashion. We did have a hiccup that required us to order from a different supplier for 1-2 days of our pours, but other than that no issues. The billing department is delightful to work with, they fixed an issue for us that could have cost us several hundred dollars - and we appreciated their willingness to do right by us. I will note: Their invoice specifies "Finance charges of 1.5% will be added to all invoices unpaid after 30 days from day of invoice" but when I spoke with them on the phone they said it will be a 2% fee for any charges over $15k or 15 days after the invoice. They need to edit this text in their invoice to avoid issues, because if this had affected us then we would have had to dispute the additional charges. Luckily, it didn't affect us, but it could affect future contractors.

They run this company Very immature people they do not know how to have a conversation with their employees .When you're new and you take off one day sick. when you're sick they will fire you like they did to me . This is not a company You want to put your life savings into .They don't care about you they only care about their pocket .They don't care about their employees or anything they think you're dirt and trash . They need to get Priorities in order to run a major company Most of the employees are very nasty to work with Especially the mechanics they do not maintain their equipment properly For their employees . They fire you through text messages . Bill the own nees d slearn how be a a boss And grow up .This company is not gonna last with there employees. They had 5 employees quit just after they fired me.
