Mixed service. Workers dont look happy. Not the best integration between their systems to find out where a package is located. I had a computer to be delivered and the only think they could tell me is that it is loaded to a car to be delivered but the online tracking was not updated. Something is lacking with FedEx.

My package said delivered from this warehouse. Is no where to be found, I called multiple times and they kept telling me they opened an investigation. And now it’s a holiday weekend so while it’s going to rain for the next 4 days my package will sit on the stoop of a random persons house that they won’t send me a picture of. Fantastic.

You think FedEx messes up, try USPS. I had to switch to FedEx and pay more because USPS lost my package even with priority service and tracking number. It was finally delivered a month later after the customer requested cancellation of order. The USPS blamed the COVID situation. I switched to FedEx and never had a problem. In fact, with FedEx ground, the packages have always been delivered way before the listed Delivery date.
