Planet Fitness | Oct 8, 2020

Hi there, Deb! The start-up costs are dependent on the home club location since all PF locations are owned and run separately. You pay your club start up cost (which could be free, it could be $1 it could be $20, the point is that you need to speak with your club staff) plus the first month pro rated. We can also tell you that you will pay an annual fee of $40 plus tax within the first 30 to 60 days of signing up. -Oj

Are masks required at this time? Is there a way to get day passes?

Jessica Betties | Oct 8, 2020
Planet Fitness | Oct 8, 2020

Hi Jessica, Members and guests are NOT required to wear a mask while actively working out but must follow all local restrictions. But remember, members and guests must have a mask unless they are actively working out (and in accordance with all local restrictions) such as when individuals are entering and exiting the facility, cleaning equipment, and while walking on the gym floor between exercises. Also, are you trying to get a guest pass for a friend?

How can I cancel my membership?

Jane Beaudrot | Oct 8, 2020
Ina Meza | Oct 8, 2020

The only way I know is going by the club to cancel or send a certified letter.
