I had the worst experience I could of at the hands of John the owner ! I went in after hours with my brother who is a recent member of zoo my gym is planet fitness black card 25$ a month BRING ANY GUEST ANY TIMEE !! but I am visiting so we thought it would be a good idea my brother said they charged 5$ for guest so I had my 5$ cash ready to To be collected . First thing I noticed was that there were no employees and that there wasn't a box for my 5$ .. it's a 24 hour gym so I wasn't thinking I would walk in to get publicly embarrassed on my way to the bathroom by John I have anxiety and was trying to get to the bathroom because I was in a new setting not because I didn't want to put my 5$ in like I said they were in my hand.. John proceeds to very loudly get my attention and asking me twice if I was 18 not once did he greet me... all he was worried about was the fact that I was there and his 5$ couldn't be collect because it was after 8.. and he wouldn't of seen me if he hadn't been there.. i asked him since he was there could he collect them he then said " I'm not here" so they can't be collected... at this point I was stunned was he trying to help collect the 5$ or was he just trying to make me embarrassed, make me feel like I was stealing and I had no intention in paying the fee.. very unprofessional!!!! YES I understand it's liability issues but come on John you could of handled that so much better !!

When it comes to Gyms this gym beats Piv 1000 times over. The equipment is rarely broken and if it does break they’re on top of it and fix it immediately. It’s a small health club with 24 hour access and staff that cares.

Cancelling the membership is ridiculous. Beware!

Gym and equipment is in great shape. Locker layout is terrible.
