Great facilities lots of stuff to do and clean. Kinda pricey at $76 a month. Update June 2022 rates have gone up again $91 is going to be to pricey for me. 😞

Yes, it is offered Monday (5:45-6:45AM & 7-8AM), Tuesday (5-6PM), and Friday(5:45-6:45AM & 7-8AM). Cost is $120 (for nonmembers it is $160) for 4 sessions lasting 25 minutes each. I believe you can negotiate the session purchase options. This is cheaper than private lessons. Also, this is only in effect for July 15 through August 30. Then they will change the schedule.
6 laps is equal to 1 mile. There is a second floor indoor track and a 3rd floor outdoor track that are both the same length.
The lockerrooms have showers with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There is also a towel service.
Haven't gotten an email saying they are. I assume not.
They closed Friday at 2:00 until further notice.
