It's actually 10:30. They always open a half an hour befote the first show so you can just look at the movie times for any given day and go from there.

They will not accept Fandango cards at the ticket window. However, you can use your Fandango card to purchase a ticket online and then bring that to the ticket window.

The Citadel Mall Theater does not take Fandango. You cannot buy a ticket for the theater on Fandango however you can buy tickets online for the Citadel mall on their website.

After you have selected your theater and show, go to check out and under payment option select use gift card.

Matinee for IMAX is $9 plus tax until 4pm. After 4pm tickets are $12 plus tax for adults and $9 plus tax for children ages 3-12. Military/Senior rate is $10.50 plus tax. All shows in 3D will be an additional $2 per ticket regardless of show time. Shows that start before 12pm will be $6.50 plus tax regardless of age.
