Beautiful restaurant (actually a cluster of several) overlooking the ocean. You have the choice of upstairs, downstairs or outdoors. Varied menu and drinks. My coconut shrimp and Yuca fries were fabulous. My Sea Pines resident friend treated me. It's her favorite restaurant in Sea Pines. Hopefully I'll be back.

Have eaten here numerous times over the years we have been coming to see pines. Great location, great view. Food is awesome.

This was our best dinner of the trip!! Excellent food and drinks. They had their own wine which was really good! We really enjoyed the hush puppies here and the meals were great! The service was great and we will certainly be back again.

It is a public restaurant. The atmosphere, level of service is worth the parking fee
The gate fee is not refunded, but you should look into a weekly pass if you are going to be visiting more than 4 days. You can always walk up the beach to Coast though. You'll save the $8 and have a wonderful walk. It's about 2.5 miles from Coligny Circle
I am fairly certain they do not. At least I have never witnessed it and we have spent a fair amount of time there including Sundays
