I think that the technician did a fantastic job repairing my refrigerator. However, the Sears Home Service system was extremely disappointing. It took nearly 2 months to get my refrigerator repaired under warranty. The initial 2 week wait just to get a tech out to look at it was a bit disappointing, but the fact that there was absolutely no communication as to the no show of the appointment to do the repair 2 weeks later and then having to wait an additional 20 days to get the repair rescheduled was absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with any type of appliance repair in my life. Sears really needs to work on this aspect of their business as I will NOT be recommending or purchasing another Sears appliance based on this experience.

Clothes dryer went out. I narrow it down to a broken belt. 1st available appt with Sears was 6 weeks (called 11/16/20, 1st appt available 1/6/21). I called someone else that came at 10AM 11/17/20 and fixed it in less than 20 minutes
