Do not answer calls and it almost doesn't matter to even leave a message as they will not call you at the times you say you are available. There is 0 information available on how to contact them through email or any other form of communication.

It would be AMAZING if they actually returned calls. In the last week I’ve left 3 messages with no returned calls. It’s no wonder employers do what they want and break employment laws they know no one will follow through.

File a complaint with the Labor Board and from there the SCLLR ( labor board ) will contact the owner of the business and he will have a short time to pay what is owed to you. Business owners do not want to have the labor board finding that their employees are not compensated as they should be or they can make them pay back years worth of unpaid wages to employees, even prior employees.

U was fired because i was questioning some wages i did not receive on my check what steps do i take

I was terminator off my job because they I was to old and slow I'm 66year old and they let me and had vacation time come to me and they said I could get my vacation time do they have the right to do that
