I would not advise anyone of color to be seen by Kelvin Boyter he made a couple of statements that offended me. And he refused to see me on another occasion with an extremely high blood pressure, my pcp was not in the office . . Healthcare has really changed since I started nursing 40 years ago. Doctors and PA cared about patients back then now they refuse to see a pt. Because another person in your office has been following them, that is petty and not under any oath.This is my experience and my opinion.

My experience is always been good from the time you walk in the front door till you walk back out that door everyone's kind considerate and goes out of their way to help you they've been my doctor for a long time

The doctors and nurses are very very kind and great people, they do their job very well, but the scheduling is the most outrageous thing I’ve ever seen, multiple times I’ve waited over an hour and a half once I’ve checked in

NOT RECOMMENDED!!! I've never seen or heard of a practice that have rules to become a patient. You cannot call to schedule a new patient appointment, you have to fill out an application, fill out a patient questionnaire (like if you are applying for a job)and then the Doctors are given the forms. The Doctors review the forms and then the doctor either approves or denies the form. So if they don't want to treat you they'll just Deny you. You would have wasted 3-4 weeks before finding out you were denied. I've never seen or heard of a provider office's be ran like this. Not even in big Cities! NOT RECOMMENDED!!
