Seating Mind does not honor their warranty, period. They tout a 12 year full warranty, which states that they will "repair the chair to make it in usable condition again." But it appears to be nothing more than a hollow promise. When I encountered an issue with my chair, I reached out to them about bringing in my chair for repair (since I live near them). They responded by telling me that I could purchase a replacement part from them. No acknowledgment of my request for repair under the warranty or even of the warranty itself. When I followed up again about bringing my chair in to get it repaired, referencing the warranty and questioning why I would be responsible for paying for any parts related to the repair, their response said it all: they refused to let me drop off my chair for repair. The only option on the table was for me to pay for a replacement part and do the repair myself. I’m truly disappointed by my experience and have unfortunately learned first-hand the meaning of “buyer beware.” If Seating Mind has no intention of repairing chairs for customers, fine. But don't then tout a 12 year full warranty that promises to do the very thing that they have no intention of doing.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. This is the worst company I have dealt with in a long time. Received a chair back in march, no problems, did not assemble it till the end of May to use as we were waiting on chair covers from a different company. An employee used the chair for two weeks at most, and now the cylinder wont keep the seat up, as soon as someone sits in it it sinks to the lowest level. Initial email was sent on 5/24/2022 with order # information and a description of the issues. 5/25/2022 "Lenna" wanted email or videos of issues. 5/27/2022 I explained that a video would not show anything other that what I had described in my initial email. 5/59/2022 they again demanded a video for their "chair mechanic". Reluctantly on 6/2/2022 I send a video showing exactly what I described. On 6/6/2022 I requested an update. On 6/9/2022 I received an email stating " You will need to cut the tip off the cylinder just a little bit" with a picture showing the thick plastic center of the cylinder chopped down with who knows what tool. Absolutely ridiculous to ask customers to alter brand new product. Wish I checked the reviews before ordering from this horrible company.

If I could register lower satisfaction I would. The company sends poor quality chairs, does not stand by their warranty, and has no means of talking with a "live" person. Avoid engaging with them, your money is better spent with new chairs... And now the "Owner" responds to a post? He has emails from me that provided details, photos and an explanation of the both the problem (6/6) and why their denial of providing replacements under the "12 year" warranty coverage was ridiculous (6/8). AVOID the terrible service and buy new
